Refund policy
At Mamii, we want you to love your results. Every order is backed by our 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee.
Pre-orders / pre-sale orders Your card is charged at the time of purchase to reserve your product and lock in your discounted price. Pre-sale orders ship on the date shown at checkout (currently July 25, 2026).
- You may cancel a pre-order any time before it ships for a full refund — just email us with your order number.
- Once your order ships, the 30-day guarantee below applies.
30-Day Money-Back Guarantee If you're not satisfied, contact us within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price. For hygiene reasons, you don't need to return an opened bottle unless we request it.
How to request a refund or cancellation Email info@shopmamii.com with your order number and the email used at checkout. We'll confirm and process it promptly.
Refund processing Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the funds to appear, depending on your bank.
Damaged, defective, or wrong items If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, email us within 14 days of delivery with a photo and your order number, and we'll replace it or refund you at no cost.
