Pre-sale / pre-order timing Orders placed during our pre-sale are charged at checkout to reserve your product at the discounted price, and ship starting July 25, 2026. This ship date is shown before you complete your purchase. You'll receive an email with tracking the moment your order is on its way.

Processing time (in-stock orders) In-stock orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays.

Shipping times & rates

• United States: estimated 3–7 business days after shipment. Rates are calculated at checkout.
• International (including Mexico): estimated 7–15 business days after shipment, plus any customs processing. Rates are calculated at checkout. Import duties or taxes, where they apply, are the responsibility of the recipient.

Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

Delays Carrier delays, weather, customs, and high-demand periods can affect delivery. If your order seems significantly delayed, email info@shopmamii.com with your order number and we'll help.
